"The greatest discovery of any generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind."  ~  William James

Hypnosis Is...

Hypnos is the Greek word for sleep.  Hypnotherapy is the applied practice of Hypnosis for achieving desired changes in one’s life.  In hypnosis, the subconscious is directly accessed through the use of relaxation techniques and guided imagery in order to target behaviors, beliefs and thought patterns that no longer serve the individual.  It is a safe and effective tool for making positive changes in one’s life.

In Hypnosis, You…

  • are in control at all times.

  • have the ability to communicate.

  • will not do anything against your will.

  • only take in the suggestions that are acceptable and agreeable.

How Does Hypnosis Work?

By directly accessing the subconscious mind, hypnotherapy is effective in helping a person stay focused and motivated in resolving personal issues.  The process allows one to transform on the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels.

Hypnotherapy is considered a short term therapy because it is able to modify behaviors without needing years of self exploration and psycho-analysis.  It is a direct means to achieve goals.  Hypnosis helps get to the source more quickly.  The subconscious mind is 88% of mind power.  Why not harness it to your benefit?
