Audrey Newmont is a true blessing for me. I began working with Audrey on a weekly
basis one year ago and during this time I have truly transformed from a person who lived in fear of almost everything to a
woman who is living in my Power and in Love. With her guidance, I have built my foundation and continue

It is with deep appreciation and immense love that I write this letter.
Audrey, you have helped me so much over the past couple years, that it’s difficult for me to explain why I appreciate
you so much in a few paragraphs. I admire, love and appreciate you on so many levels for your unwavering commitment
to my spiritual growth and recovery. I feel so lucky that I can call you anytime, and know I can connect to a loving
soul on the other end of the line. Upon entering Seasons Recovery Center, I immediately gravitated
toward your positive upbeat personality. I love how you always view events and occurrences as fluid, thus allowing me
to see them as important things that have happened but also be able to move on. This concept has really helped me not
to get stuck in the past. Thank you so much for introducing me to Agape International, as Agape
is now one of my favorite sanctuaries in Los Angeles. While being at Seasons, I remember always being so excited every
Sunday morning when you would drive us to Agape. I loved the long drive to Agape, because I got to spend more time with
you. You have an amazing way of helping me constantly be able to recreate my thoughts and feelings into something more
positive. By introducing me to Agape, you have helped me meet many loving souls and learn much great heart-centered
wisdom. Thanks to you Audrey, I was also introduced to my awesome Graduate School (USM) in Spiritual Psychology through
someone I met at Agape. Through the great heart-centered wisdom I’ve gained from you,
I now realize that I’m a divine being having a human experience. By knowing this now, I realize I have unlimited
potential and I can accomplish anything I envision. This allows me to ‘Dream Big Dreams,’ and be able to
have total acceptance and surrender for what is. All this makes my life much more equanimous and I’m very appreciative

It’s so empowering to take control
and responsibility for your life wherever you may be and Audrey helped me get there. I now deal with my life issues in an
entirely new light. With Audrey’s help, I’ve come to realize that I am ultimately the creator
of my own reality. I’m no longer the victim which caused me a whole lot of suffering. I’ve learned to break through
dysfunctional patterns from my past that didn’t serve me. I am no longer living in my past or the unforeseeable future
and learning to be present. With her help I’ve been able to get to the root of my life long struggle with fear, worry
and anxiety and now I know how to deal with them as these emotions emerge. Audrey is truly gifted and passionate about her
practice and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for guidance in personal and spiritual growth. Thanks to

I spent most of my adult years in and out of therapy for anxiety and depression; covering the same issues
over and over again. I noticed an immediate change in my life after the first session with Audrey. I am continuing to experience

The second session helped me sail

The third session, which was over
