Our mind chatter is mostly unconscious, and much of the time focused on the negative aspects of life. When I'm working with my clients, it's my job to notice within the conversation, the thoughts, beliefs, and ideas that they are creating their life from. This is the point of creation, and when I see that they are focused on the negative aspect of what's going on, I'm able to point out to them how they are creating what they don't want. Examples of this are apparent in every aspect of our lives, and some examples I have heard are...
I try so hard and don’t get what I want. I’m so worried all the time. I'm broken. I'm not smart. All the people in my family have arthritis, I'll probably get it too. When this is what the mind is thinking, that is what we are creating... manifesting. Life really is an out picturing of our conscious (aware) or unconscious (unaware) thinking. Our brain just uses this information to process what that thinking is. We perceive something, some situation, what someone has said or done, and we come up with a thought about it. Could be a constructive or destructive thought... your choice. One key to life, is to make sure that you know that you do have a choice. We can choose to pay attention to the mind chatter. What is that little voice in your head thinking? Use that information to your advantage and keep focused on the solutions for your life. The new examples of how that can look is... I am focused on what makes my life work and I get what I want on a regular basis. I'm present here and now and creating my future with great intention. I have had many challenging moments in life that could have broken me, now, I own my power to learn from the past, gain my wisdom, forgive, and create a life that is worth living. I used to think I was stupid before I understood how my mind works, and how to use my intelligence in a way that is creative and expansive. I stay in excellent health, taking care of my body by eating healthy, exercising, choosing calm, and making responsible choices. I have seen time and time again how powerful it is when we choose to think and act from more intentional thinking. I have greatly changed my own life and have been witness to many clients owning a new life that is empowered. I invite you to pay attention to the thoughts and beliefs that the little voice in your head is sharing with you all day every day. Notice especially when you have feelings of anger, worry, anxiety, or stress, that is where those unconscious negative thoughts can be easily found.
