Do you want to reprogram your life?
Join me tomorrow at 12:30 PM PST, for a radio interview with Jonathan Colbert on What Is Your Holistic Lifestyle Show! For years as a Hypnotherapist I have helped clients focus on success. They have learned to recognize the limiting beliefs and ideas that stop them from attaining success within their business. My workshop series called “Focus on Success”, helps people work past their obstacles and towards their goals. This workshop series utilizes the Tools for Transformation, a number of life transformative tools that I developed in my years of study at Agape, my formal training at The Hypnosis Motivation Institute, and through studying many scientists, New Thought leaders, Psychiatrists and frontrunners in the field of Business. Much of the wisdom that I share comes from the life lessons that I’ve been through and learned from. Now as I and my husband Nick are co-presidents of the Westlake Holistic Chamber of Commerce, we work with our chamber members who have excellent products, healing services and holistic based businesses. We have created actions that create better and bigger services for everyone, and in a very short time we have been expanding in powerful ways. New members, new guests, lots of involvement with the local community and the best thing is that many of our members are experiencing a surge in their business. If you are a business owner or entrepreneur who wants to expand beyond your current capacity, ask yourself, “What limiting beliefs do I have?” There aren’t enough clients… the market is saturated… I don’t have enough skills or knowledge… Notice your limiting beliefs? What actions are you not taking that you should be taking? The tools I share will help you reprogram your mind and your life. I show people how to access their power. It’s easy. It works. It’s simple if you make the commitment to yourself and your success. Basically, it’s guaranteed, do this and you will change your life. I take what is not working for you and I bring it to the surface in a way that’s compassionate and comprehensive. I give you the tools to use information about yourself in a way that is constructive. I’ll be talking more about my business and Tools for Transformation in my upcoming interview with Jonathan Colbert. I hope to see you all there. I also have a few exciting workshops coming up that you should check out… Please visit AudreyNewmont.com for more details on the Workshops page.

If you believe that you must work hard in order to deserve the money that comes to you, then money cannot come to you unless you do work hard. Financial success, or any other kind of success, does not require hard work. It does require alignment of thought. You simply cannot offer negative thought about things that you desire and then make up for it with action or hard work. When you learn to direct your own thoughts, you will discover the true leverage of Energy alignment. ~Abraham/Ester Hicks I am an entrepreneur. I have been my whole life. I’ve changed my career multiple times. Once because I could no longer physically do what I’d always loved - being a hairstylist. Actually along with loving what I did, I was very good at my job. I always had a full book, many times with a waiting list that was booked two plus weeks in advance. I worked at one of the greatest salons in the world - Vidal Sassoon on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. I’ve also been an artistic and educational director with Carlton Hair International. And… I loved all the people that I met over the years. The reason I bring up that career is that I was always abundant. From the get go as an assistant I was making, on some days, better money than the stylists (I was paid $1 per shampoo back in 1980). Worrying about my ability to make money wasn’t on my radar. When I had to change my profession I first went into Real Estate… so not a good idea, for so many reasons! Then, my life became a real mess for a while and I finally realized that I had some major growing up to do. I went to therapy for a full year, then I began my spiritual journey and became a Licensed Spiritual Practitioner with Agape International Spiritual Center. I thought I could make it being a Spiritual Counselor… again for me, this alone, was not enough to own my abundance. On September 11, 1999, I met my husband Nick, a Hypnotherapist. I quickly realized how powerful a modality for healing hypnotherapy is and went to Hypnosis Motivation Institute to become licensed. I was able to get a fantastic job at Seasons Rehab Center in Malibu, and that was the big life changer. I knew that the clients there would probably not appreciate any kind of a “Woo Woo” language, so I decided to focus on the Science aspect of Spirituality. I studied the hell out of so many cutting edge experts… Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Deepak Chopra and many others. That knowledge changed everything. Clients resonated with the language of Spirituality that I speak, and many are, still to this day, not only sober, but LIVING A HAPPY LIFE. But, this conversation isn’t really just about finding myself in my career. Let’s get back to the part about abundance. I grew up with a mother who had a serious amount of fear around money. For her, there was never enough, and what she did have was spent on things other than me. So, I gained a belief that money is limited. If I wanted money (or anything) I had to work hard for it. I finally got very tired of working so hard and never having enough, so I had to step back and look at my own belief system. I used the Plan of Creative Action, below, to come to my direct intention. After reflecting on my belief system, here's what I came up with...
I have to say that it is absolutely a process. Owning that affirmation didn’t happen overnight, and I still have my days that are challenging. I am now more in alignment with my Power than my fear, and I'm so grateful for the tools that help to keep me focused and centered on what I really want out of this life.
#FocusOnSolutions #ToolsforTransformation If you would like to learn more Tools for Transformation and rewire some of your long-standing beliefs, join me for one of my Tools for Transformation Workshops. "In this existence you are learning to handle the inexhaustible energy that is available to you. The mass condition of the world, and the situation of each individual in it, is the materialization of man's progress as he forms his world. The joy of creativity flows through you as effortlessly as your breath. From it the most minute areas of your outer experience spring. Your feelings have electromagnetic realities that rise outward, affecting the atmosphere itself. They group through attraction, building up areas of events and circumstances that finally coalesce, so to speak, either in matter as objects-- or as events in 'time.'"
~Jane Roberts, SETH Science has proven this to be true, and yet so many of us don't understand how much we make our life happen. In my basic "Audrey language", where I like to make things as simple as possible, it means that our thoughts and feelings absolutely create our lives. So, how do we use that little bit of information to our advantage? You can start by paying attention to what you are feeling, when you're angry (or feeling any other unwanted emotion) pay attention and learn from it. Don't live in it! Anger isn't a bad thing if you use it right. Use negative feelings to recognize your unconscious beliefs and then change them into a conscious intention. Creating life from a feeling of Calm is certainly much more intentionally creative than anger. Thoughts go hand in hand with feelings. When you have that angry thought, then the angry feeling, you can bet the next events that happen in your life will not be in alignment with something that makes you happy. Want to be happy? Be calm, be intentional, be patient and make a commitment to yourself to own your ability to think and feel, all from a place of love and compassion and deep appreciation. Do this as much as possible each day and grow your wisdom. Back to the idea that life is like a Sims game... In the game you get to control what happens to your character. You get to dress her/him, you create a job, you make valuable life choices, you choose your children, what your home looks like, the hobbies you have and you also get to deal with what happens to you. My daughter plays this game, and the other day her character was cooking and accidentally caught on fire. She died! It was tragic, and it could have been prevented. The great news is that she had another character immediately. In real life, obviously, we don't get to be the new character immediately, just like that, but if we have to have a "do over" in life, we can have an opportunity to create our character to be stronger, more focused and happier. The trick is that we have to know how the game is played. #learntherules #gainthetools You may have read the news story about the Ohio parents who wrote in their 18-year old daughter’s obituary that she died of a heroin overdose.
Stories like this, while seemingly rare, are a growing reality. I don’t know many communities that haven’t been affected by heroin use. Too many kids have died from overdosing, and addiction is a big problem for many families right now. The statistics are showing that overdose from heroin has literally quadrupled since 2002. During the three years that I worked as a spiritual counselor at a rehab in Malibu, I worked with kids detoxifying from a variety of substances. Absolutely the worst, in my opinion, was heroin. Heroin takes way your enthusiasm for life, detaches you from your sense of self, and isolates you from your family and friends. It seems to take everything away and when you're detoxing you think you're dying, literally. Why do I bring up this conversation? Because it's important, it has to be addressed and focus put on the solutions. A part of the solution is to recognize when a child is having symptoms of depression and/or unmanageable anger, showing a lack of focus, or withdrawing from family and friends. When you see these, know that they could be precursors for self-destructive behaviors – including drug use. It is so important to engage your kids, have a dialogue. Help them, or get help that can assist in creating their ability to own their confidence, manage anxiety and bring down the level of stress. The earlier you get help, the better the chance of your kid owning their confidence and their ability to make responsible choices. If you are worried about your child and you need help opening a dialog with them, please feel free to contact me for a consultation. I facilitate workshops for teens and various programs for parents.
