"In this existence you are learning to handle the inexhaustible energy that is available to you. The mass condition of the world, and the situation of each individual in it, is the materialization of man's progress as he forms his world. The joy of creativity flows through you as effortlessly as your breath. From it the most minute areas of your outer experience spring. Your feelings have electromagnetic realities that rise outward, affecting the atmosphere itself. They group through attraction, building up areas of events and circumstances that finally coalesce, so to speak, either in matter as objects-- or as events in 'time.'"
~Jane Roberts, SETH Science has proven this to be true, and yet so many of us don't understand how much we make our life happen. In my basic "Audrey language", where I like to make things as simple as possible, it means that our thoughts and feelings absolutely create our lives. So, how do we use that little bit of information to our advantage? You can start by paying attention to what you are feeling, when you're angry (or feeling any other unwanted emotion) pay attention and learn from it. Don't live in it! Anger isn't a bad thing if you use it right. Use negative feelings to recognize your unconscious beliefs and then change them into a conscious intention. Creating life from a feeling of Calm is certainly much more intentionally creative than anger. Thoughts go hand in hand with feelings. When you have that angry thought, then the angry feeling, you can bet the next events that happen in your life will not be in alignment with something that makes you happy. Want to be happy? Be calm, be intentional, be patient and make a commitment to yourself to own your ability to think and feel, all from a place of love and compassion and deep appreciation. Do this as much as possible each day and grow your wisdom. Back to the idea that life is like a Sims game... In the game you get to control what happens to your character. You get to dress her/him, you create a job, you make valuable life choices, you choose your children, what your home looks like, the hobbies you have and you also get to deal with what happens to you. My daughter plays this game, and the other day her character was cooking and accidentally caught on fire. She died! It was tragic, and it could have been prevented. The great news is that she had another character immediately. In real life, obviously, we don't get to be the new character immediately, just like that, but if we have to have a "do over" in life, we can have an opportunity to create our character to be stronger, more focused and happier. The trick is that we have to know how the game is played. #learntherules #gainthetools
