In Person and Online Sessions
My meetings take place at the Newmont Center for Balanced Living. Here I welcome you into a comfortable and serene space where we will build a path to a happy and fulfilled life.
We will create solutions for you to immediately implement that will give you a sense of calm as you journey forward.
You'll be using a workbook with new tools that will assist in transforming negative beliefs into intentional actions. I use Hypnosis to assist you in the process, you will leave with informational voice memos of the session, and personalized meditations to assist in your process.
