Our mind chatter is mostly unconscious, and much of the time focused on the negative aspects of life.
When I'm working with my clients, it's my job to notice within the conversation, the thoughts, beliefs, and ideas that they are creating their life from. This is the point of creation, and when I see that they are focused on the negative aspect of what's going on, I'm able to point out to them how they are creating what they don't want.
Whew! I don’t know about you, but I have a had a super busy moment!
I think a lot of us go through times that are just a constant “GO!”, and it’s really, really challenging to stay focused and centered. Stress and anxiety can take over and its gets to be where we hit that crash point and we get sick and tired, literally! We sometimes stay in this stuck place for so long that we just consider it natural… it’s just the way life is.

It's the hardest challenge to climb your way out of depression, dysfunction, or any major addiction. It’s hard to overcome because the primary way that we became depressed is by suppressing a majority of our negative feelings. We pushed down the rage, we hid the anxiety, we buried the shame, we ignored the hurt and so on. With years of numbing ourselves to our emotions, when we try to let them come up it’s completely debilitating.
Most of the clients that I assist don't have the tools to deal with their fear. What they’ve been afraid of feeling is overwhelming, and instead of facing the issues head on, the natural inclination is to go back into the cave of despair, isolation, addiction, or denial. It’s safe there
Below are the first three steps toward changing our lives and stretching the mind.
Focus your attention on the universe being an abundant, supportive and co-creative space.
Change your perception, and then notice as the world you live in changes. When you recognize your infinite options and own a definite purpose, your intentions are absolute possibilities. When you place your inner vibration, your feeling, into alignment with a focused solution on what you want, rather than what you are afraid of, you will have a better chance of creating your highest dreams.
Be receptive to a world that delivers rather than restricts.
Constantly know that your best and highest is happening.
Recognize your resistance. Pay attention to that little voice in your head that is angry, frustrated, worried, afraid, anxious, etc. That is the key to knowing what your unconscious thoughts are.
Take the time to do the process in the Plan of Creative Action.
Create an affirmation that you can hold onto when you are challenged.
I own my power to attract love, abundance, success and happiness into my life.
This will assist you in being in alignment to match what you intend. The purpose is to eliminate any unconscious beliefs that might be sabotaging what your goal is.
Everything you desire is possible… you have to own it first, believe it fully and take the action to manifest your dreams.
Take the time for yourself to own a new happier life. There is absolutely nothing that is more important that gaining the information/knowledge that will help you create a better and more joy filled life.
Information = Power,
Information about yourself = Empowerment
Remember, you are the most important thing!

I don't know anyone who has happy days every day... not one person in my life goes without having a crappy day at some point.
There are times that I just ask Nick what's going on with my chart or my numbers because the day is such a challenge, and there just must be something in the stars that is not lined up for me to be having a easy time with things. The funny thing is that there is usually some aspect to things that does create a funk.
The good news is that we don't have to be stuck in the current situation.
Go with it, allow the crappiness to teach you something.
Find the solution and focus every bit of your attention on what action will gain you movement in the right direction.
